5.1 philbeth may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

In the event of any discrepancy between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.
6.2 Finality of Results. All game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the Platform. philbeth's decision on the outcome of any dispute relating to game results or bet settlement shall be final and binding, subject to the escalation process described in Section 15.
6.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game integrity, philbeth reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. philbeth is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, system outages, or failures caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sporting events. Current limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip and may be amended without prior notice.

9.2 philbeth's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your philbeth account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit philbeth's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 philbeth collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 philbeth complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in the handling of all personal data collected from players on the Platform.
11.1 philbeth is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity:

12.2 Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach, any verified balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any required identity verification.
12.3 You may close your philbeth account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Closing your account does not affect any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
